Add Energy has been collaborating with Australia’s most experienced LNG operator for over 10 years, delivering solutions that will enable them to optimize production from their mature wells.
For more than a decade, Add Energy has assisted our client with production critical maintenance by troubleshooting and testing wellheads, as well as lower and upper completion components. This can only be achieved by coordinating site integration testing, equipment readiness and logistics activities in preparation for operations.
To help with production critical maintenance, an Intervention team model was created by Add Energy in 2008 with the objective of:
- Planning and executing rig-less activities
- Providing wellhead maintenance
- Troubleshooting and replacing safety valves
- Performing water shut-offs
- Temporarily suspending wells
- Carry on lubricating and bleeding operations
- Increasing productivity through re-perforation activities
- Executing production and corrosion logging operations
One of Add Energy’s responsibilities was to ensure that the assurance process was being adhered to and being constantly reviewed and updated. The purpose of this was to assure that work scopes were being delivered ahead of time and budget, with no uncontrolled hydrocarbon releases to the environment and no Health and Safety events.
