Key Responsibilities:

• Plan training sessions and emergency drills that contribute to developing the competence and skills of our six second-line emergency teams.
• Recruit new emergency personnel from the line organization if needed, and conduct training together with our emergency preparedness provider.
• Maintain and update second-line emergency response plans.
• Act as the administrator for CIM, ensuring it is updated with emergency documentation and action cards.
• Maintain and develop collaboration with internal and external emergency preparedness stakeholders.
• Coordinate with corporate emergency preparedness regarding training and exercises aligned with third-line efforts.
• Be responsible for ensuring that area emergency resources are ordered and available for our assets and offshore operations.
• Plan and execute the weekly shift change for the second-line emergency response team.
• Provide administrative support to the second-line emergency team during actual incidents if needed.

Experience /Qualifications:

• Looking for someone with 5-10 years of experience in second-line emergency response at an operator, preferably with knowledge of the area emergency response solution used on the continental shelf.
