Description about project/department:

  • The Procurement and Supplier Relation (PSR) organization consist of 5 business units: Drilling, Well & Interventions (DWI), Subsea, Engineering & Construction (SEC), Operations (OP), Corporate Services (CS), Compliance, Improvements & Analyses (CIA) .
  • We are looking for motivated Contract Lead/Procurement Specialist within the Drilling, Well and Interventions area. The DWI team is a global team with a diverse set of contracts. Be prepared for both small and large tasks that in all ways will help you develop your commercial understanding. We are organized in a competence center, giving employees the opportunity to develop either a deep or broad competence within procurement and supplier relations while employed in PDP PSR.

Description about task and responsibilities:

  • In your everyday work you will do a wide range of tasks and here are some examples:
  • Establish Specific Procurement Strategy according to business need and relevant
  • Category Strategy Prepare evaluation procedure Plan and conduct negotiations
  • Contribute to the establishment and management of a risk-based follow-up plan, linked to strategic objectives
  • Contribute to ensure agreement understanding and compliance (training of contract users)
  • Safeguard correct use of the contract
  • Collaboration with internal partner/customers
  • Collaboration with external suppliers
  • Stakeholder management Initiate and implement improvements

  • You are performance driven, have a strong interest for commercial aspects, are engaged, curious and have a high level of professional as well as personal integrity.

  • Preferred education: relevant Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent.
