Senior Completions Supervisor – Development Drilling Campaign – Myanmar

Start Date: May 2026
Duration: Approximately 6 months
Location: Offshore Myanmar
Travel: Business class flights provided for flights exceeding 6 hours from point of origin to Yangon.

Key Experience Required:

1. Minimum 10 years offshore oil & gas experience
2. Subsea completions experience in 125–1,000 m water depth

Mandatory:

1. 1. Horizontal well open-hole gravel pack operations
   2. Upper completions with subsea horizontal trees
   3. Hydrostatic production packers
   4. Well test operations
   5. Coiled tubing interventions (semi-sub)
   6. Wireline & slickline operations

Advantageous Experience:

1. 1. Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) with gravel pack
   2. Open-hole gravel packing using non-aqueous drill-in fluids
   3. Nitrogen pumping operations

Certifications Required:

1. IWCF Level 4 – Well Intervention Pressure Control
2. BOSIET with CA‑EBS
3. OGUK Offshore Medical

Responsibilities Overview:

Planning Phase:

1. Provide input for operational procedures and SIT planning
2. Prepare SIDs (Standing Instructions to Drillers)
3. Manage and supervise contractor activities, sub-assembly make-up, QA/QC
4. Produce HAZOP/HAZID assessments, risk registers, and H₂S tables

Implementation (Offshore):

1. Supervise all offshore completion operations
2. Oversee installation and service company activities
3. Participate in daily operational meetings
4. Prepare completion daily reports
5. Ensure hazards are managed and deviations communicated
6. Coordinate daily plans with Company Rep and rig personnel

 Continuous Improvement:

Capture lessons learned and integrate into subsequent wells.
