Offshore Drilling Logistics Coordinator

AGR is seeking an experienced Offshore Drilling Logistics Coordinator for a deepwater exploration campaign in Bulgaria. Drilling is due to commence in December, with two exploration wells and a well test planned. **Drillship experience preferable**

Start date – early December 2025.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all logistics activities supporting offshore operations.
• Ensure timely delivery and backload of equipment, materials, and supplies to/from the drillship.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking of materials using logistics systems.
• Coordinate with marine teams to schedule supply vessels & crew transfers.
• Ensure safe and efficient loading/unloading of cargo at the supply base and offshore.
• Monitor vessel turnaround times and optimise logistics efficiency.
• Oversee maintenance and readiness of supply base infrastructure and equipment.
• Ensure waste management, storage, and handling procedures meet regulatory and company standards.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and participate in audits and incident investigations.

Minimum Competency Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years Offshore experience on MODUs including floater rigs within the relevant role.
• Valid BOSIET certificate
• Kabal system experience desirable
