Morten has extensive experience across different segments of the oil and gas industry, with a background as a mariner on various vessels and drilling rigs. In recent years, he has worked onshore as a project leader for a range of marine-related projects supporting operators on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS), including experience as a Rig Intake Leader. Over the past two years, he has focused on the commercial aspects of the business, working with vessel chartering, tender submissions, and contract management.
