Jan brings three decades of offshore energy leadership, having held senior operational and executive positions at PGS, Spectrum and TGS prior to taking the helm of Ross Offshore. His career has been built on vessel-based operations worldwide, spanning global marine campaigns, vessel chartering and multi-region delivery. This includes eight years as COO of Spectrum, where sustainable partnerships with vessel owners underpinned a period of substantial international growth.
As CEO, Jan holds overall responsibility for Ross Offshore, with a particular focus on growing the team from a trusted North Sea specialist into a globally operating, asset light service provider.
Jan holds a PhD in Geophysics and a Masters in Earth Sciences from Delft University of Technology, and a GMP from Harvard Business School.
