2 .What does your day-to-day look like at AGR?

My day at AGR involves testing of our probabilistic time and cost management software iQx, working closely with developers and supporting our clients.

3. What made you pick a career in Energy?

My decision to pursue a career in the energy sector stemmed from a deep interest in how energy influences every aspect of our lives and the world around us. I wanted to be part of a field that is at the forefront of innovation.

4. Tell us a bit about your career development at AGR

AGR offers a great career development environment, providing me with opportunities to explore my potential through challenging tasks, alongside strong team support. Nearly a year into my journey, I’ve gained invaluable experience and growth in a short time.

5 .Can you tell us about something exciting you are working on right now?

We always have something exciting when it comes to the software we develop for the drilling world. Of course, its our new feature in PLANS that will make every drilling engineers work easier.

6. What does AGR do to enable your professional advancement and work-life balance?

AGR offers opportunities for skill development through challenging projects and continuous learning. Additionally, the strong emphasis on flexibility and wellbeing allows me to manage my work responsibilities while maintaining a healthy balance with my personal life.

7. What does the future look like in energy and oceans?

The integration of advanced technologies, such as AI and IoT, will further optimise energy production and resource management. AI will not only maintain but it will be able to forecast using data to make the energy industry more reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable.
