Responsibilities/work tasks:

• Develop DG1/DG2/DG3 reports for D&W towards future projects.
• Perform tasks in accordance with the management system and assigned roles in BMS.
• Develop basis of Design documents for directional drilling, casing, cementing, drilling fluids, tubing stress/tubing design etc.
• Develop and manage risk register.
• Encourage and empower Alliance partners to take lead in continuous improvement work.
• For all well planning and execution, challenge and follow up Alliance partners and other contractors on cost control and LEAN working principles, removing waste.
• Ensure continuous improvement during planning and operations.
• Seek and implement lessons learned from Alliance partners, suppliers and other operators.
• Drilling Programs.
• AFE budget.
• Understanding and involvement in MLT/ MLC processes.
• Draft the Rig Action Plans, chair RAP review meetings, keep and update RAP matrix and liaise with offshore DE on RAP readiness.
• Liaise with Alliance partners project lead and onshore coordinator for establishing KPI’s and ProNova monitoring.
• Discuss, document and communicate decisions, dispensations & plan changes.
• Support ongoing operations, onshore and offshore.
• Participate in relevant morning calls and RAP meetings.
• Participate in drilling engineering duty work, onshore and offshore, if/when applicable.
• Liaise with offshore DE on Performance First, iQx and Synergi follow up.
• QA/ QC on invoicing from Alliance partners and other contractors.
• Prepare final well reports as required.
