Description:

• Safety coach supporting modification work on the field in association with the project. 2 weeks on 4 weeks off rotation.
• Integrated into the the field’s offshore organization for the duration of the high activity period and reporting to the OIM but also with a link and reporting line into the project organization.
• Ensure that the company’s strategies, plans and control systems are understood and are being followed up in an active manner with a particular focus on;
  • health, safety, safety and quality (HSEQ),
  • operational efficiency and safety;
  • time and cost awareness,
• Safety Coach in collaboration with technicians, management, project and the support organization on land, will contribute to a safe, efficient and solution-oriented execution of work.
• The Safety Coach shall be integrated into the offshore organization through planning, execution and supervision of activities, including through cooperation with third parties and suppliers.
