Offshore Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Logistics Supervisor to support a major offshore drilling campaign in Myanmar. This is an excellent opportunity for a logistics professional with strong offshore operations experience and a proven background in materials coordination, marine logistics, and drilling support activities.

We are looking for a candidate who can mobilise within 2-3 weeks and support the campaign through completion, approximately 6 months in duration.

Position Details:

• Position: Offshore Logistics Supervisor
• Contract Duration: Approximately 6 months
• Rotation: 28 days on / 28 days off
• Mobilisation: Within 2-3 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Drilling Supervisor, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of offshore logistics activities, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of personnel, materials, equipment, and vessels throughout the drilling campaign.

Key duties include:

• Coordinating offshore materials and logistics requirements to support drilling operations.
• Managing personnel movements and optimising helicopter and vessel utilisation.
• Maintaining daily logistics lookaheads and operational plans.
• Coordinating marine and aviation manifests, cargo movements, and backloads.
• Managing rental equipment tracking and ensuring timely mobilisation and demobilisation.
• Ensuring compliance with IMDG and IATA regulations for dangerous goods transportation.
• Liaising closely with offshore operations teams, service companies, marine bases, and onshore stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate logistics, manifest, certification, and inventory records.
• Supporting the implementation of HSE policies and industry best practices.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Offshore Logistics Supervisor or in a similar offshore logistics role.
• 5-10 years’ relevant offshore logistics experience.
• Knowledge and experience using the Kabal Logistics System is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of offshore drilling operations and drilling equipment.
• Experience coordinating offshore personnel, vessel, and materials logistics.
• Current Offshore Medical.
• Current BOSIET (including HUET).
• Current IMDG certification (IATA highly regarded).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced offshore environment.
