Night Drilling Supervisor

AGR is seeking an experienced Night Drilling Supervisor for a deepwater exploration campaign. The campaign involves two exploration wells and a well test.

The 28/28 rotation contract position is for approximately 3 months commencing ASAP.

Minimum Competency Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of Offshores supervision experience with minimum of 5 years’ experience in the role of DSV/NDSV on floating rigs, preferably Dual activity rigs.
• IWCF and BOSIET valid certifications
• Demonstrate competency in well construction operations including directional drilling, drilling fluids management, hole conditioning monitoring and stuck pipe avoidance and management, casing running and cementing operations and calculations.
• Demonstrate competency in Permit to work systems, incident investigations and Root cause analysis, incident/accident management and emergency management.
• Demonstrate ability to formulate a forward plan and schedule to implement the supplied work programs with rig crews (Risk assessment, Instruction to drillers, material management) and
  liaise with logistics coordinator to develop required lookahead plans.
• Experience in developing daily activities reports using software such as IDS. Report activities and coordinate after action reviews. Review and check contractor submitted reports for
  completeness and correctness. Ensure correctness drilling contractor reported activities/duration.
• Experience in developing operations lookahead covering schedule activities, personnel requirements, helicopter and vessel movements using software such as WellIT.
• Ability to coordinate a multidisciplinary team, have soft skills in people management and experience in conflict management.
