HSE Advisor – 12 Month Contract | Perth-Based

AGR is currently partnering with a leading oil & gas operator to source an experienced HSE Advisor for a 12-month contract based in Perth.

Start – July 2026.

This position will play a key role in supporting a strong pipeline of upcoming drilling operations over the next few years, offering the opportunity to contribute to high-impact offshore activity within a busy and well-established operator.

This is primarily an office-based role, with some offshore site visits required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support regulatory approvals, including engagement with NOPSEMA
• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE documentation and systems
• Contribute to emergency response planning and preparedness
• Provide ongoing HSE support to rigs and offshore teams across drilling, completion, and plug & abandonment operations
• Undertake occasional offshore and facility/site visits

Key Requirements:

• Proven HSE experience within the offshore oil & gas drilling operations (drilling, completion, P&A)
• Strong understanding of Australian offshore regulator (NOPSEMA) requirements and regulatory frameworks
• Experience supporting offshore operations from an office-based environment
• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and operational stakeholders
