Accountability & End Result:
• Equity accounting
• CO2, CO2 quotas and NOX accounting
• Quarterly and Yearly external and internal reporting

Assigned roles, responsibilities, procedures and other:
• Equity accounting for UK and Norway equity companies including Affiliate and Related Parties Reporting
• CO2, CO2 quotas and NOX accounting and reporting of indirect taxes
• Annual 10K Financial Questionnaire
• Quarterly Reporting of Purchase Commitments and Guarantees
• Annual US State Tax Request
• Annual R&D Questionnaire
• Annual Governmental Questionnaire
• Quarterly Reporting to Bureau of Economic Analysis US
• Quarterly Reporting to Central Bureau of Statistics Norway
• Ac hoc reporting

Required competency (education, knowledge/experience & skills):
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Audit or Finance
• Experience from Finance or related functions
• Structured and accurate with attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills both in Norwegian and English
• Display initiative, plan and control own work within scheduled deadlines

Preferred competency (education, knowledge/experience & skills):
• Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related business degree
• 3 years relevant experience
• Understanding of oil and gas business operations
