Recruitment and workforce demand in wind energy on the rise
According to a 2021 analysis by Rystad Energy, workforce demand in offshore wind is expected to rise dramatically in Europe and the UK over the next decade. With installed offshore wind capacity projected to increase to 250 GW by 2030, the demand for wind jobs in Europe is expected to triple.
