Key tasks and Responsibilities

• Systems engineering responsible
• Ensure subsea system design is fit for purpose and according to the project requirements and regulations
• Manage the system engineering team
• Participate in Facility Management Team
• Develop a good relationship with Contractors engineering team
• Establish an Interface system and follow-up interfaces (HOLD)
• Project Design basis
• Functional and operational requirements
• Flow Assurance and process control from pore to export
• Manage systems engineering interfaces between SPS and SURF
• Follow-up Flow assurance
• Follow up of Non-Conformance and Deviation reporting for the relevant equipment/systems
• Secure that Health, Safety and work Environment aspects are followed according to Project requirements
• Ensure that Project Quality System are adhered to
• Plan, perform and report QS activities
• Active dialog with Contractor and establish a formal communication and reporting
• Follow up activities as verification, test and inspections
• Risk register for system discipline
• Monitor progress and resource consumption
• Ensure proper handover to Operations through Commissioning and Ready for Operation activities
• Report lessons learned

Specific Competence Requirement

• Education: Higher education / University or relevant experience
• Experience: Minimum 10 years experience from engineering in Oil & Gas industry
