Job Purpose

• To act as a focal point for Quality and Risk Management (QRM) in the Balder Future project
• Further develop and strengthening QRM requirements and tools

Main Accountabilities

Ensure that Quality and Risk Management is done in a value creating way in the project, and in accordance with approved guidelines and procedures

Main Tasks

• Drive Quality & Risk management awareness
• Responsible for QRM related tasks and deliverables
• Discipline lead for QRM functions In the project
• Prepare and follow up project quality plans
• Prepare and follow up audit and verification plans
• Conduct and/or follow up internal and external audits and verifications
• Facilitate risk workshops
• Facilitate lessons learned workshops
• Coordinate reporting of quality deviations
• Promote improvement initiatives within project development
• Provide QRM related guidance, training and facilitation

Formal Education

• Master Degree in natural science or other relevant education
• Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education

Required Experience

10-15 year
